Adventure Club starts September 15 @ 5 pm

Join us Wednesday evenings starting September 15 from 5-7pm as children age three through 8th grade fill the halls of Woodside for Bible lessons, crafts, singing, games, dinner and fun! (Nursery care is also provided upon request.) The primary goal of this mid-week program is to help children and their families refocus on God. Lessons follow a biblical curriculum. Crafts are mission-oriented (i.e. we create in order to bless someone else). Through music children learn to worship.
A typical evening includes:
- Lesson
- Craft/game
- Choir rehearsal
- Family-style meal
Children also practice for and participate in choirs that perform periodically during Sunday worship services :
- Cherubs (age 4 to kindergarten)
- Praise (1st-2nd grades)
- Hallelujah (3rd-5th grades)
- Junior High Band (6th-8th grades)
Each spring the Hallelujah Choir present a play that focuses on God's truth. The Junior High youth also present their play on Youth Sunday in April.
