Youth Mental Health First Aid Training: Woodside Church, Saturday, April 20th from 9-4. This training is open to all and is a skills-based training course that teaches participants about mental health and substance-use issues in youth. Participants will learn risk factors and warning signs for mental health and addiction concerns, strategies for how to help youth in both crisis and non-crisis situations, and where to turn for help.
