Young at Heart Luncheon & Program
Young at Heart (YAH), Woodside’s group for retired and senior adults will have its monthly meeting Tuesday, November 10 at 11:30 AM beginning with a potluck luncheon followed by a presentation Eating Healthy for the Holidays, Navigating the Holidays with Nutrition by Haley Bencivengo, MS, RDN, LDN. Haley has been a dietician with ShopRite of Yardley since 2024. She has a master’s degree from Rowan University. Her philosophy is to start where the individual is in their search for good health and to help them navigate diet restrictions and health concerns while continuing to enjoy their favorite foods.Pick up a YAH flyer to learn more about this special event and how to R.S.V.P. You do not have to be retired or a senior citizen to attend. All are welcome!
If you are not a member of Young at Heart, please let Cyndy Montes know that you will be attending. Text or phone 215-588-9567.
